The Globe Theatre in the Valley's Brunswick Street will host a
festival fringe event presenting an extraordinary double bill
celebrating Brisbane's rich history of original bands - the 20th
anniversary reunion of sex & death cabaret ensemble - Madam Bones Brothel featuring Pearly Black and John Rogers, and the return of the legendary and ruggedly handsome El Caminos starring Jamie Clark, Richie Fish and Damien Garvey.

Beggars and Pennies in the Street
In a dark, disorienting Laneway of the city, Brisbane Cabaret
Festival presents an edgy cabaret concert with a distinctly dangerous
flavour. Seated at candlelit tables in the ambient grittiness of an
inner city streetscape, Beggars and Pennies in the Street musically transports the audience through compelling, lascivious scenescapes and confrontingly cosmopolitan sensibilities.
